The Brief
Lucia came to us needing a brand new logo and color palette that could capture her unique approach to real estate: evoking her commitment and service to bringing the community together. In a space that is often clouded in stress and confusion, she wanted to feel like a breath of fresh (and fun) air.
The Solution
Taking in Lucia's commitment to the Portland community, we wanted to create a look that captured the spirit of Portland's big and vibrant personality. When talking with Lucia, we kept hearing words like "fun + funky, but approachable", and we took that and ran with it. Creating a logo for Root to Bloom was all about honing in on the feeling of thriving in a space of your own, and all the joy that can come from that.
Our color palette took inspiration from spring flowers, and also added in a touch of retro inspiration that made its way into the palette from Lucia's Pinterest board favorites.
Once we had a mini-brand system, we used our logo and palette to build a Squarespace website. Because a website can be the first impression for many new connections, we wanted Lucia to have a strong point of view to encourage a reach out from buyers and sellers.
